They provide the opportunity to learn valuable lifesaving skills and techniques in a relaxed and fun environment and have all the equipment and qualified trainers to prepare you for any of the Lifesaving Awards.

Ask for Doug or Stefan on Thursday night from 8-10pm at the King Alfred Leisure Centre or email us. Emphasis is on fun and realistic skills training within the RLSS syllabus. Bring some unlined sports clothes to swim in.

Personal survival swimming is an essential skill for lifesaving and most other water sports. Learn to swim fully clothed and enjoy the practical exercises. Qualified RLSS lifesaving trainers run these fun lessons.
